Description

The ISUZU 10–12m³ Refuse Compactor Truck is designed to meet the daily challenges of modern waste management. At its core is the proven ISUZU 4HK1 diesel engine, which delivers 205 HP and smooth torque while adhering to China VI emission standards for cleaner operation. The vehicle’s strengthened chassis, featuring a 5,000mm wheelbase and balanced front–rear axle capacities, ensures dependable stability when carrying heavy loads and navigating busy urban roads. Its compact overall length and ABS-assisted air brake system further improve control and maneuverability.

Constructed with wear-resistant, high-strength steel, the 10–12m³ compactor body is built to withstand long-term, high-frequency use. The dual-stage compression process combines pre-pressing and vertical compaction to achieve a compression ratio of at least 1:3, effectively increasing waste density and reducing transport frequency. A load-sensing hydraulic system automatically adjusts flow based on working demand, lowering noise, reducing energy waste, and prolonging the lifespan of hydraulic components.

For operator convenience, the truck features control panels both inside the cab and at the rear, along with an optional wireless remote system for safer operation at a distance. Multiple protective mechanisms—such as interlock functions, leak-prevention seals, and mechanical support arms—help maintain safe working conditions. The adaptable lifting device accommodates various bin types, including 120L and 240L plastic bins, 300L metal bins, and small dumpers, making the model suitable for urban sanitation, industrial plants, mining zones, and waste transfer centers.
